The Noble Hunt is seeking an Employment Counselor to assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment. Position is responsible for establishing positive relationships with local employers, identifying position openings, and matching the most appropriate individual to the open job vacancy; as well as, providing hands-on support to individuals so that they can maintain successful, long-term employment.


Job tasks include:

  • Preparing individuals with disabilities for successful job search through resume building, completion of job applications, employer visits, mock interviewing, etc.

  • Create employment partnerships in the business community through cold-calling and personal visits.

  • Document work with individuals served and community employers.

  • Supporting individuals in new jobs through job coaching and retention services.

  • Working closely with the Disability Services team to create and execute individualized employment plans, and to ensure placement plans, goals, and targets are being met.
